This is recommended if you are doing \ BIOS Updates or changes in the BIOS-near environment (TPM Firmware Update etc.) and \ that the TPM detect an issue and Bitlocker is going into recovery mode. Or if you are \ doing a Win10 Build Upgrade but not at a normal Update Installation.
